PALO SECO<\/strong><\/p>

Go to the beach and Cocal, the 4th beach community of Palo Seco.<\/p>

Admittedly this is not the spot of surfing the best known, but the atmosphere is very friendly and local.<\/p>

Only 2km from the area of The Loma del Mango, you will find the most beautiful beach of Palo Seco.<\/p>

With its fine sand, very little waves and a bit of background, it is ideal for bathing. You will fall under the charm of this beach intimate, fine sand, lined with almond trees.<\/p>

Take a stroll up the block on your left... check out the waves crashing on the rocks volcanics.<\/p>

Waterfall of The Palmilla<\/strong><\/h6>

This cascade does not appear on the cards, and yet it is worth it.<\/p>

Then it's off for a 1.5 km walk, lasting between 20 and 30 minutes depending on your pace.
The trail follows the La Palmilla quebrada, crossing it 9 times. All along the way, you'll find shelter from the heat under the trees. Dare to push the cow gate that appears in front of you.
Turn left and the path leads down to the waterfall... You can hear it, it's there!<\/p>

You'll have to be a bit daring to reach the first landing and dive into this beautiful, crystal-clear basin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Waterfall beach Torio<\/strong><\/p>

A pretty quebrada comes to lay on the beach Torio for your enjoyment.<\/p>

To get there, you will have to scramble through the rocks and do a little walking on the beach.<\/p>

A path enables you to move to the top of the waterfall. Feeling adventurous ? Walk in the bed of the quebrada to discover the jungle of Azuero.<\/p>

From December to April, the level of the river Torio decreases and makes the place to be pretty pebble beaches.<\/p>
